Q1. Where is the meeting point at New Chitose Airport?
We will pick you up at Stand No. 80 / 81 on the 1st floor of the International Terminal.
If the airport is crowded, the meeting point may be adjusted.
In such cases, your driver will contact you directly.
If you prefer to meet inside the Arrival Lobby (inside the arrival gate area),
this can be arranged for an additional 2,000 JPY.
Q2. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight status in real time and will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Rest assured, we will meet you safely upon arrival.
Q3. Which vehicle should I choose based on passengers and luggage?
The optimal vehicle depends on the number of passengers and luggage:
Alphard: Capacity 6
(For 4 or more large suitcases, 3–4 passengers is recommended)
Hiace Grand Cabin: Capacity 9
(For 7 or more large suitcases, 5–6 passengers is recommended)
If you provide the number of passengers and luggage in advance, we will suggest the best vehicle.
Q4. Is the service suitable for children and elderly passengers?
Yes. Children and elderly passengers can use our service safely.
Child seats, Smart Kid Belts, and wheelchairs are available upon request.
Please inform us when making your reservation.
Q5. Can we do some sightseeing before heading to the airport?
Yes. With an additional charge of 8,220 JPY per hour, you may add sightseeing stops or
visit an outlet mall before going to the airport.
Q6. What is included in the service fee?
Included: Vehicle, driver, and fuel.
Not included: Highway tolls, admission fees, meals, activity costs, and parking fees.
Q7. Is it safe to travel during winter on snowy roads?
Yes. All vehicles are equipped with winter (studless) tires,
and our drivers are experienced in handling Hokkaido’s snowy road conditions.
Q8. What is the cancellation policy?
4–7 days before: 20%
2–3 days before: 50%
1 day before: 80%
Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100%
Q9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (via Stripe), and bank transfer.
